PRODUCT-SPECIFIC BUYING NOTES
A vegetable blend is defined by its recipe rather than by a single commodity grade. Each component, percentage and cut must be agreed together so that segregation, visual balance and cooking performance can be assessed against the buyer's formulation.
Provide the current recipe or a target concept, plus the pack size and cooking method. New blends should be reviewed as a complete formulation instead of approving individual vegetables in isolation.
